La Nature est un DV apparu à partir de la troisième génération.
Informations générales
Fonctionnement de la nature
Les natures peuvent avoir deux effets :
- un bonus et un malus : elles augmenteront une statistique de 10% et en diminueront une autre de 10%,
- neutre : elles n'auront aucun effet sur les statistiques.
Chaque Pokémon se voit définir aléatoirement une nature lors de sa création. À noter qu'il existe un total de 25 natures différentes.
Transmettre la nature
Il existe un moyen, depuis Pokémon Émeraude, d'influer sur la nature d'un Pokémon, mais uniquement pour ceux issus de reproduction.
Lors de celle-ci, il faut donner une Pierre Stase au Pokémon femelle. La descendance aura alors une chance sur deux de recevoir la nature de la mère.
Depuis Pokémon Or HeartGold et Argent SoulSilver, cette technique fonctionne également avec un parent mâle.
Avec l'apparition de Pokémon X et Y, dès qu'un des parents tient la Pierre Stase, la descendance a toujours la nature du parent tenant la pierre.
Influer sur la nature des Pokémon sauvages
Depuis Pokémon Émeraude, si un Pokémon avec Synchro est placé en tête d'équipe, il y a une chance sur deux de rencontrer un Pokémon sauvage avec la même nature.
