Her primary focus was building a thriving, highly collaborative CL service to provide psychiatric treatment to patients in the surgical and medical units, including the oncology and Palliative Care Units. She also was awarded an Facilities Engagement grant to create guidelines for managing vulnerable patients in hospital.<br><br>She is also the provincial practice leader for Psychiatry in BC Cancer, Clinical Associate professor at UBC, and the Past-President BC Psychiatric Association. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and an adjunct faculty member of the UM PM&R and Family Medicine residency programs. She has been interested for a long time in research and education on musculoskeletal issues.
