épisode spécial

Dear french Pokémon-wiki, 1. sorry that I can't speak french and so use English; 2. why do you claim this as a special episode ("épisode spécial")? Every more or less serious side (like wikipedia and filb) knows that this is no special episode. Bulbapedia - which isn't serious anyway - says "Due to not airing when initially intended, it is considered by Bulbapedia to be a special episode.", which is different to "It is a special episode". So any proof or something that it actually is a real special and not a normal episode (EP065, where it aired)?
Just in case:
When arguing with any special airing, then some other episodes (e.g. Épisode 445, Épisode 658, cf. List of anime specials) would be specials too. Furthermore: when answering like bulbapedia, that it didn't air, when initially intended, then some other episodes (like "BW037"=Épisode 683, which got edited though, and Épisode 52) did not air when initially intened too, and when answering like "'cause of that red Pokémon which evolved, but appears unevolved", then Épisode 52 should also be a special.
