==IRC/XMPP==
Il existe actuellement [[Poképédia:IRC|un canal IRC dédié à Poképédia]] utilisé par quelques contributeurs. Il est assez peu mis en avant en dehors de quelques occasions spéciales (réunions, anniversaire des 3 ans).
Il faudrait avoir un applet quelque part sur le wiki pour accéder au chat à partir du site.
Il faudrait utiliser une adresse du type irc.pokepedia.fr qui servirait de redirection vers le serveur hébergeant le canal irc. Comme ça en cas de changement de serveur, celui-ci est transparent.
Il faudrait peut-être pouvoir « envoyer » un historique IRC vers une page du wiki. Par exemple, un point a été discuté concernant l'article Pokémon Noir et Blanc. Un bot irc permettrait de dire "j'envoie ces lignes vers la page de discussion de Pokémon Noir et Blanc". Hop.
==Forum==
Faut-il mettre en place un forum ? Pour quelles raisons ?
La présence d'un forum aurait plusieurs utilités :
* Offrir la possibilité de faire l'intermédiaire entre les pages de discussion et le chat IRC. Ainsi, les utilisateurs peuvent voir plus facilement s'il y a une discussion importante en cours (sur le wiki, on ne peut informer qu'une personne à la fois en écriant sur sa page de discussion, il faut suivre la page de [[Spécial:Modifications récentes|modifications]] pour savoir s'il y a du nouveau) et permet de garder une discussion plus longtemps que le chat (où il faut être présent pour voir la discussion) et d'en garder une trace pour une réutilisation ultérieure.
* Il pourra aussi permettre de libérer les pages d'aide qui sont actuellement mal utilisées. En effet, les nouveaux utilisateurs n'ont pas toujours les bases en syntaxe wiki, et certains ont même du mal à arriver sur la page d'aide adéquate et posent leur question sur des pages de discussion d'articles, voir sur les articles même.
Mais bon il ne devrait pas y en avoir.
